Career

Yi Wang began his legal career with a well-known insurance company in 2006. He joined Llinks Law Offices as a partner in March 2017. He is currently appointed as the Head of Beijing Office of Llinks Law Offices.

Yi Wang specializes in the areas of insurance, asset management and private equity, especially insurance asset management. He has rich practice experience in the insurance funds direct investment, private equity investment by insurance funds, real estate investment, overseas investment, and insurance asset management companies. He is also proficient in the establishment and investment of private equity funds, trust investment, M&A, construction and real estate investment and financing.

Member of the First Session and Second Session of the Legal and Compliance Professional Committee of Insurance Asset Management Association of China.
