Mr. Song practices mainly in the fields of energy (power, oil, gas, hydrogen, nuclear, etc.), natural resources (minerals, etc.), transportation (roads, railways, bridges, seaports, airports, etc.), housing and real estates as well as other infrastructures (such as municipal facilities, water & heat supplies, communications, etc.), especially for the construction, investment (BOT/PPP), M&A, financing, dispute resolution and compliance thereof, etc.
