A large proportion of Gernandt & Danielsson’s work is focused on international matters and we are often appointed as lead counsel in cross-border transactions and disputes.
Gernandt & Danielsson is based in Stockholm but networks globally. The firm remains independent of formal alliances, which allows us to co-operate with, or recommend, the foreign law firm or expert best suited for the matter at hand.
