Notable Practitioners
Richard Preston concentrates his practice on construction disputes arising from both public and private construction projects. He is active in domestic courts and alternative dispute resolution forums, and is further noted for his work in international arbitration proceedings, especially those arising from major infrastructure project developments.
Bennett Greenberg is equally capable of handling noncontentious contract negotiation and drafting as well as highly contentious construction disputes. He has extensive experience advising on stadium developments and government contract projects.
