Career

Alexis Danneman focuses on defending individuals and corporate entities against criminal and other governmental investigations, including civil enforcement and forfeiture proceedings. Alexis also conducts internal investigations for corporate clients, such as those involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), fraud and employee misconduct. In addition to her White Collar & Investigations practice, Alexis represents clients in complex state and federal constitutional disputes and election disputes. Alexis also maintains an active appellate practice. She has worked on matters before the U.S. Supreme Court, various U.S. courts of appeals, as well as multiple state courts of appeals and courts of last resort.
