Career

Joel Nomkin has more than 35 years of experience in appellate practice and commercial litigation. He recently served on Perkins Coie’s Management Committee, was chair of the firm’s Appeals, Issues, and Strategy practice group, and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers and a Member of the American Law Institute. In addition to his appellate practice, Joel also litigates cases at the trial level on business and public law issues, and counsels clients on a broad range of ethics and risk management matters.
