She is a trusted advisor, helping businesses build and maximize the value of their brands through thoughtful development, vigilant protection, and strategic monetization She helps clients build and protect their intellectual property rights through counseling and transactional work, including licensing, domain name issues, trademark and content clearance, and management and enforcement of worldwide trademark portfolios. Ms. Calvaruso began her career as a commercial litigator and continues to litigate trademark, unfair competition, and copyright disputes in U.S. District Court, TTAB and ICANN proceedings.
