Jennifer Barks focuses her practice on environmental, energy, and complex commercial litigation. She handles all phases of litigation and strives to provide excellent client service and efficient case management. Jennifer has represented both public entities and private companies in pursuing contamination-related and natural resource damage claims under CERCLA, products liability, and other tort theories. Jennifer has also defended companies that are the subject of criminal investigations spearheaded by the U.S. EPA and Department of Justice and has prepared responses to state and federal environmental agency information and document requests under RCRA, the Clean Air Act, and equivalent state statutes.
