Andrew Greene is the Firmwide Chair of Perkins Coie’s Construction Law practice. He focuses his practice on construction and development law, including major transactions and disputes. Andrew has successfully resolved several major construction disputes exceeding $100M and also drafts and negotiates major construction (fixed price, cost-plus, GC/CM, CM at risk, EPC, design-build, and IPD), design, construction management and procurement agreements of all sizes. He has worked on a diverse group of significant projects throughout the United States and internationally, including in India, Southeast Asia, Africa, Canada and the Caribbean.
