Andrew Herz is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. He is a recognized authority and frequent lecturer in commercial office leasing, mortgage financing, purchases and sales and workouts. Mr. Herz has been an Adjunct Professor at Vanderbilt Law School where he taught real estate transactions courses. He has been an Advisory Board Member at The Georgetown University Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute. He has led many programs for bar associations and industry groups.
