Andrew Moore advises innovative, high-growth public and private companies on capital markets transactions, securities regulation, corporate governance, and M&A. He co-leads the firm’s national Public Company/Capital Markets group, and served for nearly a decade as co-chair of the firm’s Corporate & Securities practice. Andrew has led over $8 billion of capital markets transactions in the last 24 months alone. His corporate public company clients include, in addition to Zillow, Avalara, Adobe, Microsoft, Costco, Nordstrom, MoneyGram, Puget Sound Energy, and Weyerhaeuser. Andrew is a leader of the firm’s public companies group, including past service for nearly a decade as the firmwide chair of the firm’s corporate and securities practice. Andrew is a founding author and editor of The Public Company Handbook: A Corporate Governance and Disclosure Guide for Directors and Executives (2021) and contributing writer to The Initial Public Offering Handbook: A Guide for Entrepreneurs, Executives, Directors and Private Investors (2016). He also served as co-chair of the annual Seattle SEC Hot Topics seminar for more than a decade, leading Q&A with senior staff members of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
