Career

Ann-Marie Notaro focuses her national and cross-border practice on advising public and private companies, including many founder and family-owned businesses, in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic alliances, commercial transactions and other corporate related matters. Ann-Marie has extensive experience representing multinational companies in connection with U.S. merger and acquisition transactions and operations, and coordinating multidisciplinary and multijurisdictional teams across the globe. Ann-Marie has particular expertise in representing Japan-based companies in connection with a variety of strategic matters, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other transactional matters in the U.S. in an array of industries, such as manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, life sciences, construction, food and beverage and retail. Ann-Marie also often serves as lead outside counsel for privately-held companies, managing the efficient provision of all legal services required to meet a client’s needs.
