Longtime litigator Charles (“Tony”) Jones handles critical insurance coverage litigation matters with a keen understanding of his clients’ business goals. Tony represents clients nationwide in high-stakes matters regarding directors and officers liability, professional liability, and general liability insurance policies, bringing with him an objective, analytical, and strategic approach to help insurance carriers maximize gains or limit exposures. Tony helps clients pinpoint problems and resolve them creatively, avoiding costly litigation and risk whenever possible. He approaches issues in a pragmatic and collaborative manner and is often able to proactively work with all the parties involved – including the “other side” – to resolve issues. However, when litigation is necessary, Tony aggressively defends his clients and has prevailed in jurisdictions across the U.S.

In addition to his coverage practice, Tony draws on his experience in that arena to assist his clients with assessing business opportunities, developing new insurance products and protecting themselves against both extra-contractual and commercial litigation.
