Ann Marie Painter is a partner in Perkins Coie’s Labor & Employment practice. Ms. Painter focuses her practice on defending employers in employment litigation matters, including all categories of alleged discrimination, harassment and retaliation, wage and hour violations, whistleblower claims, breach of contract, and non-compete/unfair competition litigation and regularly counsels employers on social media, workforce change, and FCRA compliance and best practices. She litigates in state and federal courts, has participated in mediations before some of the nation’s best alternative dispute resolution practitioners, and is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer.
