Anna Altizer Dix represents commercial real estate clients in acquisitions and dispositions, financing matters, leasing matters, and development transactions. A significant portion of her practice involves representing national developers in assembling, acquiring, developing, and financing mixed-use student housing projects. Anna also represents national quick service restaurants in the acquisition, ground lease and development of new restaurant locations throughout the United States and provides counsel pertaining to the expansion and renovation of existing restaurants. Additionally, Anna’s experience includes representing industrial developers and multicampus health care systems in development, acquisition, and leasing transactions.
