In the area of competition protection, Anna deals mainly with issues of public aid and mergers of competitors, both from the perspective of Czech and EU law. She is also involved in providing legal advice on agreements between competitors and the abuse of dominant position.
In the field of energy law, Anna is significantly involved in a number of projects, in particular, in obtaining and recognizing foreign licenses for doing business in the energy sector in the Czech Republic, dealing with contractual relations with market operators and other acts and relations necessary for operating on the energy market.
In the area of regulation and compliance, Anna deals in particular with the implementation of compliance systems in companies, whistleblower protection issues and legal requirements for doing business in regulated sectors. She also deals with product marketing and product safety issues.
