Work Highlights

He was involved in the drafting of the Bank Identity Act and was also at its birth. He drafted dozens of pages of contractual documentation between banks, Bankovní identita, a. s. and its customers. The company is helping to develop new products such as BankID SIGN electronic signature and qualified electronic signing for mortgage digitization.

He provides comprehensive support to O2 Czech Republic a.s. in connection with its obligations as a mandatory entity under the Cybersecurity Act, including consultation with the National Office for Cyber and Information Security. He also supports the company in compliance analysis and implementation of the NIS2 Directive and the new Cybersecurity Act.

He has been involved in analyzing the impact of the NIS2 Directive and the new Cybersecurity Act for clients in the energy, e-commerce and healthcare sectors.

For ČEPRO, a. s., he prepared a detailed analysis of the company’s compliance with the requirements of the new Cybersecurity Act.

For a leading Czech bank, he assessed the potential scenarios for using artificial intelligence in terms of compliance with legal regulations in a number of areas and prepared a code of conduct on the use of artificial intelligence for employees and s

suppliers.

He was involved in drafting the contractual terms and conditions and privacy policy for a specific application using AI.

He represented an energy sector client in administrative proceedings concerning the use of cookies and the processing of personal data on its website.

He represented a telecommunications client in administrative proceedings and subsequent court proceedings regarding the validity of marketing consents.
