Avi advises public and private real estate companies, as well as leading Israeli and international entrepreneurial companies. In recent years, he handled a significant portion of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in Israel - both from the legal rights' status aspects of the relevant real estate, and from the transaction's commercial and financial aspects.

Avi advises clients from the planning and acquisition stages, through the development stages and construction and registration stages. He advises on financing procedures, and on real estate tax aspects, and represents clients before various government authorities.

Among Avi's clients are public companies, private companies, holding groups and entrepreneurs of large-scale real estate projects.

Avi has been repeatedly recognized, year after year, by various international directories, among them is Chambers & Partners, by domestic directories and by professional magazines, as one of Israel's leading attorneys in the real estate field.

In the past, Avi was a senior partner at Dankner Lusky & Co., a leading Israeli law firm in the real estate, commercial and corporate fields.

Avi is a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
