With almost 30 years of experience in the Israeli market, Adv. Richard J. Rick also represents issuers and leading underwriters in public offerings in the United States and London, and advises Israeli companies on ongoing SEC and stock exchange regulatory matters.

Career
Rick previously worked as a corporate and tax attorney at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, New York (1988-1992), and as legal counsel to the Defense Ministry in New York (1992-1995).
