David Hodak is Founder and Special Counsel at Goldfarb Gross Seligman.

David advises clients on the structure of complex commercial transactions, taxation matters and finance, both in Israel and abroad. He is a key player in designing M&A in Israel and abroad. David has led the legal representation for numerous public companies in connection with their local and international public offerings of stocks and bonds, and has advised directors and CEOs on corporate issues. In addition, David advises the Israeli government and governmental agencies with respect to privatization and debt financing as well as local and international banks.

David has been a key player in the high-tech arena in Israel for the past 35 years.
