Adv. Heller represents top-tier VC funds in Israel and abroad, as well as international corporate and strategic investors, in a wide variety of private equity financings. He's handled well over 1,000 equity and debt financing transactions, many of which involved complex capital restructuring, reorganizations, and spin-offs.

Heller represents hi-tech start-up companies from their early stages, and advises them on all legal, business and commercial activities, including corporate governance, finance, commercial, employment, compensation and IP matters, playing an active role in helping companies tackle daily challenges. He advises companies from various industries, and avises entrepreneurs and company founders regarding their ongoing and evolving relations with their companies, as well as company formation, recruitment of service providers, compensation matters, shareholder relations, financing and complex restructuring.
