Benjamin is a partner in the Tax Department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges and is based in Paris. He advises on French inbound and outbound international tax issues. He has developed a particular expertise on the tax aspects of transactions ranging from leveraged buy-outs, multi-jurisdictional tax structuring, refinancing, complex carve-outs, post-merger integration and tax modeling.
