Bobbie Wilson has extensive experience in complex civil litigation, primarily in the areas of intellectual property and class action. She focuses on patents, trade secrets, privacy (including biometrics litigation), and Section 230 litigation under the Communications Decency Act. Bobbie also serves as the lead trial counsel in intellectual property, trade secret, complex class action litigation, and voting rights cases.
