Brad Weber is the Co-Chair of Locke Lord’s firm-wide Antitrust Practice Group and its Artificial Intelligence Industry Group. He is experienced in a variety of antitrust litigation matters across a wide range of industries and types of claims. Brad has extensive experience representing clients in class action and multidistrict litigation. He also represents clients in government antitrust investigations and merger reviews with the FTC, DOJ’s Antitrust Division, and state antitrust agencies. In addition, Brad serves as antitrust compliance counsel for a number of trade associations, joint ventures, and individual companies.
