Parsons Represents Blue Coolers in its Acquisition of Caddis Sports
Parsons Behle & Latimer advised Blue Coolers on its purchase of Caddis Sports Inc., a legacy outdoor and fishing equipment brand. The Parsons team was led by Adam Ott and Bruce White with assistance from Hunter Johnson. Emily Holt and Lauren Reber also advised on the transaction.
Represented Live View Technologies, Inc in multimillion dollar capital financing rounds with Lead Edge, Pelion, Larry H. Miller Group and Sorenson Capital.
Represented Navajo Transitional Energy Company is the $193 million dollar purchase of three coal mines.
Represented Dentive, LLC (DSO) in the growth (80 plus practices) and sale of a majority of equity to HGGC.
Represented Guided Practice Solutions (DSO) in growth (50 plus practices) the sale of a majority of equity to Main Post.
$100 Million Infusion of Preferred Equity.
Represented the client in connection with an infusion of preferred equity with a transaction valuation over $100 million. Negotiated and documented all aspects of the transaction.

– Represented Puma Energy in the acquisition of oil and gas terminal, deep water dock, and 175 gas stations in Puerto Rico as part of an $82 million purchase from bankruptcy debtors.
