Career
Camille Fisher is a policyholder litigator who has extensive experience with various areas of insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, first-party property, business interruption, directors and officers, errors and omissions, cyber and privacy, and advertising liability. Since early on in her career, Camille has created a niche for herself by representing policyholders in London arbitrations seeking coverage under Bermuda Form policies for alleged bodily injury and property damage. In addition to her international matters, Camille also handles domestic coverage disputes in both federal and state courts across the United States. Camille has been commended by her clients for achieving stellar results and in short order, as many of her matters either settle prior to engaging in costly trial or even before having to initiate a lawsuit. Camille’s friendly personality and ability to work well with opposing counsel has aided her in successful negotiations and contributed to achieving meaningful results for her clients.
Camille’s practice also involves assisting clients with procuring policies, securing renewals, ensuring adequate coverage and limits of liability, as well as drafting policy language to minimize the risk of litigation.
Camille has a passion for staying up to date on new and novel forms of insurance coverage. She has been involved with Perkins’ successful litigation efforts to secure coverage for clients affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Camille has also taken a lead role within the firm’s Insurance Recovery practice regarding emerging theories of coverage for artificial intelligence (AI), including most recently contributing to a presentation to leaders in the aerospace insurance industry.
