Cecily focuses her practice on land use, real estate and local government law. She regularly assists landowners, developers and public agencies throughout California in all aspects of obtaining land use and development approvals, with a particular emphasis on urban redevelopment of land for office/R&D campuses, destination retail centers and mixed use multifamily projects. She is a member of Perkins Coie’s firm-wide Executive Committee. Since 1999, Cecily has been a lead author of California Land Use and Planning Law, a treatise which definitively summarizes the laws affecting development in California.
