Chen Manzur is a partner in the International and Hi-Tech Department, where he advises Israeli and international clients, from technology-based companies in a variety of industries and different stages of the growth cycle, to top tier VCs, investment banks and leading global companies.

Chen’s professional experience includes cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, venture capital and finance transactions, commercial and technology transactions, collaboration agreements as well as experience acting as special investigative counsel to corporate audit committees.
