Christina Bruun Geertsen works primarily with mergers and acquisitions and investments (M&A), stock and capital markets law, commercial and company law, and Greenlandic law.

Christina advises Danish and foreign private equity and venture funds as well as industrial businesses and owners on mergers and acquisitions, investments and succession planning – including in relation to structuring, negotiation and conclusion of shareholders' agreements, investment agreements, share purchase agreements, and due diligence reviews.

Christina has advised on numerous IPOs and share issues and has extensive experience in drafting prospectuses and handling verification processes. She is also advisor to a number of Greenlandic businesses and has in-depth knowledge of Greenlandic law.

Christina heads Kromann Reumert's M&A and Greenlandic law groups.

Christina is currently a member of the firm's Board of Directors.
