Frank Bøggild

Practice Areas

Frank has conducted approx. 250 litigation and arbitration cases, including more than 25 Supreme Court cases, and he normally wins more than 75% of his cases. Frank is a member of the Danish ICC Committee on International Arbitration and ADR, as well as the Danish Supreme Court Bar Association.

He regularly acts as arbitrator and he has special expertise in complex disputes involving corporate law, M&A and capital market matters, the financial sector, professional liability, management liability, tort law, contract law, IT-, IP- and marketing law.

Career

Frank became a partner in 2002.

Member of the Danish Supreme Court Bar Association, the Danish ICC Committee on International Arbitration and ADR and The Danish Arbitration Association.

Publications

Contributing author to Proceduren (Trial Advocacy), 4th edition 2019, and co-author to Markedsføringsloven (the annotated Marketing Practices Act) and EU trademark law (in Danish and English).
