Susanne specialises in banking and finance law and financial regulation, focusing on derivatives transactions and related regulation within the financial and energy sectors. Susanne co-heads Kromann Reumert's Financial Regulation and Asset Management group. Susanne advises financial and non-financial entities and institutions on derivatives and collateral arrangements, including standard master agreements such as the ISDA Master Agreement, the TBMA/ISMA Global Master Repurchase Agreement (repo agreements) and the EFET General Agreement, structured derivatives, derivatives clearing and other obligations under EMIR, SFTR and MiFID II/MiFIR. Furthermore, Susanne assists clients with acquisition and general corporate loan agreements.
