In addition, as a trusted advisor and consultant, she provides strategic guidance to employers and organizations, performs policy reviews, and provides effective workplace and institutional training for HR, in-house counsel, and employees.

Christine is renowned for her seminal work on employment law, For Better or For Worse: A Practical Guide to Canadian Employment Law. Co-authored with the late Mr. Justice Randall Scott Echlin, and currently in its third edition, the text is an essential resource for human resource professionals and students across Canada.

Christine also co-authored, along with Partner Janice Rubin, the definitive textbook, Human Resources Guide to Workplace Investigations, now in its second edition.
