Cindy utilizes her vast experience in both the healthcare and corporate sectors to advise private equity funds and their portfolio companies. With this background, she is able to lead an acquisition of a healthcare company, conduct thorough healthcare diligence, and ultimately advise on the portfolio company’s operational issues and provide guidance for navigating healthcare regulations. She works primarily with value-based care organizations, acute care and psychiatric health systems, and physician practice management companies in oncology, dermatology, anesthesia and other specialties.
