Paul Jennings has more than 25 years of experience representing creditors, debtors, committees and trustees. He focuses his practice on advising clients related to restructuring, bankruptcy and related commercial litigation and has handled numerous §363 purchases from bankruptcy. Paul represents corporate debtors in bankruptcy and other insolvency proceedings, including with regard to reorganizations and liquidations. He also represents a variety of creditors including institutional secured creditors, unsecured vendors, and other parties involved in bankruptcy or other insolvency proceedings. Paul regularly advises estate fiduciaries in reorganizations, liquidations and with regard to related litigation including avoidance litigation, and other estate recoveries.
