For more than 25 years, Howard Lamar has helped clients navigate significant corporate events, such as mergers and acquisitions, public offerings of securities and private equity and venture capital financings (equity and subordinated debt); governance matters; operating matters; and general corporate oversight. He also advises companies on a variety of corporate and securities matters, including balance sheet structuring, corporate governance, shareholder activism, special committee and internal investigative matters, disclosure issues, strategic analysis and start-up concerns. Career

Joined Bass, Berry & Sims in 1989; Prior to attending law school, Howard spent three years with Bank of America (formerly, and during the time he was there, NCNB) where he was a corporate lending officer in NCNB’s Corporate and International Banking Group
