Practice Areas
Daniele Geronzi co-heads the dispute resolution department of Legance. He has almost 20 years’ experience in complex commercial, financial, corporate and insolvency litigation. He represents clients in court and in national and international arbitration, both institutional and ad hoc. Daniele Geronzi is also very active in the field of bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring law, advising primary banking institutions, investment funds and multinational companies on some of the largest extraordinary administration, bankruptcy and composition with creditors procedures.
Prior to joining Legance, Daniele worked for a leading international firm, in both their London and Rome offices. In Rome, he headed the litigation and insolvency practices.
Career
Partner in Legance since 2014. Previously Senior Counsel (2013 - 2014) and Counsel (2012 - 2013) in Legance. Before he was Senior Associate, Head of Rome Litigation Department in Rome (2008 - 2012) and Senior Associate in Rome and London (2005 - 2007), in Allen & Overy. He was Associate in Studio Legale Manfredonia e Associati (2000 - 2004).

Member of Rome Bar (Italy) since 2001. Supreme Court barrister since 2014.
