Filippo Troisi has a leading role in the Italian M&A market, being advisor of the most important and sophisticated deals and cross-border transactions, mentioned in the most significant Italian and international newspapers. He is Senior and Founding Partner of Legance and leads the Corporate Finance Department, where he regularly advises corporate entities and financial institutions, private equity funds and investment banks, on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, equity offerings and joint-venture transactions. He has been recognised several times among the top M&A lawyers in Italy, winning prestigious awards, such as “Best Italian lawyer”, “Best M&A lawyer” and “Best Private Equity lawyer”.
Career
Founding and Senior Partner in Legance since 2007.
From 1991 to 2007 in Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners, Partner since 1999. He had relevant management positions, co-heading the M&A department for several years.
Previously, Pavia, Marin, Profili (1988 – 1991).
Moreover Mr. Troisi regularly lectures on corporate law and on particular aspects of M&A and teaches in some University courses. He is often speaker in several domestic and international seminars.
