David Clarke has over 30 years of experience representing growth-oriented companies in mergers and acquisitions, venture and growth equity financings, corporate restructurings and other strategic transactions. David also serves as outside general counsel and advises on a range of governance and commercial matters. David has deep experience advising both buyers and sellers in preparing for, negotiating and executing M&A and other strategic transactions. In addition to company-side work, David represents leading venture and private equity funds in portfolio company investments, including both majority and minority deals. David's experience spans a range of industries, including technology, business services, consumer and retail, distribution, transportation and logistics, manufacturing and healthcare.
