Dave’ many years of experience enable him to strategically guide business decisions that are critical to clients’ growth strategies.

Dave is a frequent speaker on corporate governance and SEC reporting requirements, and clients he advises include New Jersey Resources Corporation, a natural gas and clean energy services company; PNM Resources, Inc., an energy holding company based in Albuquerque, N.M.; The Brink’s Company, the world’s premier provider of secure transportation and cash management services; and Universal Corporation, a global business-to-business agri-products supplier to consumer product manufacturers, operating in more than 30 countries on five continents.

Dave received J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School and B.S. degree with Distinction from the McIntire School of Commerce of the University of Virginia.
