Health and safety related offences

Investigations in the care sector led by CQC and CIW

Trading standards related matters.

Rv. Phil Smith and others 2021 (CPS Prosecution following Bosley Mill explosion)

Rv. Malcolm George and others 2022 (CPS Prosecution following the death of an employee at a metal recycling company).

Currently instructed to represent an individual being treated as a suspect in the joint police/HSE investigation following the Didcot Power Station collapse in February 2016 in which four persons lost their lives.
