Doreen Sim is a senior partner and Head of Dentons Rodyk’s Finance practice group. She is also Head of the Banking and Finance practice. She specialises in general banking, finance and security transactions. She has extensive experience in a wide range of loan and other debt related transactions (both domestic and cross border) including bilateral, club and syndicated loans, property financing and acquisition and asset financing.
