Melanie Lim is a senior partner in Dentons Rodyk's Real Estate practice group. She is Co-Head of the Corporate Real Estate and Project Development practices.

She has almost 30 years of experience in corporate real estate work and she acts for developers, family offices, funds and property stakeholders in:

The sale and purchase of entire buildings (retail malls, commercial and industrial buildings);

The acquisition of land sites for development or redevelopment, whether through the government land sales programs or collective sales under the Land Titles (Strata) Act; and

The sale of units in mixed developments, residential developments (landed, cluster landed and strata housing developments) and commercial developments.

She also represents property investors and corporations in their transactions in the secondary property market across all sectors, be it shophouses, strata offices, residences or JTC properties.

She also negotiates leases for corporate tenants who set up offices in Singapore.
