In addition, she litigates before the Dutch self-regulatory bodies and civil courts. Ebba assists clients in case of enforcement actions by the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA), such as inspections, fines and recalls in case of breach of the Dutch Commodities Act, Medical devices and cosmetic products.
