Ebba is highly recognized for her expertise handling high stakes advertising litigation. She is also regularly involved in groundbreaking cases about labelling and food regulation. She advises many international brand owners and high profile advertising agencies on advertising law, food law and intellectual property law. In addition, she litigates before the Dutch self-regulatory bodies and civil courts. Ebba assists clients in case of enforcement actions by the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA), such as inspections, fines and recalls in case of breach of the Dutch Commodities Act, Medical devices and cosmetic products.
