Elizabeth is an employment law barrister of over 20 years’ experience. Her practice now focuses on conducting high level investigations and internal disciplinary work and involves investigating serious and often sensitive allegations against senior individuals. Much of her work in recent years has involved allegations of sexual harassment and assault (including historic allegations), as well as serious bullying and other forms of misconduct. Elizabeth’s work with schools often involves safeguarding, and she is familiar with the statutory framework and guidance in this area. She is also a qualified mediator and conducts workplace training and coaching for senior individuals, as well as undertaking reviews into workplace culture.

Alongside her legal practice Elizabeth completed five years of academic training in analytical psychology. She brings her deep knowledge of human psychology to bear in all aspects of her work.
