Rebecca took silk in 2020. She practices all areas of employment law, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, equal pay, TUPE, redundancy and collective disputes. She also carries out non-litigation work including conducting investigations, advising disciplinary or appeal panels, or sitting as a decision maker. Rebecca is a qualified mediator and sits as a fee paid employment judge and as a Legal Advisor to the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
