In June 2023, she established the firm's Brussels office, which she co-leads.
After graduating from the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA), a prestigious institution for French civil servants, Emmanuelle Mignon began her career at the Conseil d'Etat. Her roles included serving as a rapporteur in the litigation and internal affairs divisions, leading the legal research center, acting as a government commissioner, and holding the position of assessor. She also spent eight years advising Nicolas Sarkozy across his ministerial and political roles, including as his Chief of Staff during his presidency.
