Career
Marie-Hélène Bensadoun, a partner at August Debouzy since 1999 within the Labour and Employment Law department provides advisory and litigation support on restructuring, companies transfer and collective bargaining issues, both before civil and criminal jurisdictions.
She was director of the association Joséphine pour la Beauté des Femmes and is currently director of the association Toutes à l’Ecole to which she provides pro bono legal services.
From 2016 to 2022, she was vice-president of Avosial, a network of over 400 corporate lawyers specializing in labour and employment law.
Marie-Hélène Bensadoun was a member of the Social Committee of La Fondation Abbé Pierre until 2018.
She is a regular participant in cultural, economic, scientific, and political debates such as the Cité de la Réussite.
She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Fondation pour la Comédie Française.
