Eva-Maj has more than 30 years’ experience of advising public and private sector clients on all aspects of public procurement and competition law and has been a leading lawyer in the Swedish market in these areas for many years.
Eva-Maj is head of Cirio’s public procurement group and leads her team in a substantial number of extensive and complex public procurement law matters, such as complicated RFQ questions for public entities or tender issues for tenderers. Furthermore, she represents public entities/tenderers in appeals and damages disputes. Eva-Maj provides advice on both contentious and non-contentious public procurement mandates, particularly in the IT, defence, life science sector.
