With dual qualifications from the University of Stockholm and Oxford University, Peter specialises in private M&A, corporate law, joint ventures and financing. Many of his clients operate within private equity, IT/telecom, retail and financial services. He also has extensive international and cross border experience and acts for both Swedish and foreign clients in both domestic and overseas transactions. Peter lectures on legal aspects of board memberships.
