Practice Areas

Adv. Price is Head of the IP Litigation, Prosecution and Entertainment Law Practice, with over 30 years of experience in the intellectual property field. He provides legal counsel on all aspects of the field, representing clients in various disputes relating to patents, trademarks, copyright and designs, including before Israeli courts and in legal procedures before the Israeli Registrar of Patents, Designs and Trademarks.

In addition, Adv. Price provides legal – strategic counsel in the intellectual property field, advising on local and international agreements, trademark and design registration in Israel and trademark and design registration and protection abroad.

Adv. Price advises clients in a variety of fields, and accumulated unique expertise in the media, TV and music sectors, as well as in representing clients in artist agreements.

Adv. Price lectures on his fields of expertise before professional forums, attorneys and the public. As of 1994, he has been lecturing in the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design Jerusalem on copyrights and designs.

Career

Member of the Justice Ministry committee for amending the Israeli Registrar of Patents, Designs and Trademarks procedures.
